UFO lll sighted in Howth.

Hi there, Here is another UFO 34 for the list, I came across her whilst visiting Howth Yacht Club marina in Ireland, ( a fantastic and very friendly place) She is 'UFO lll', and her long time owner is Maurice Keating. I was able to meet him one day and had a good old chat about the UFO, Maurice was replacing the worn sheaves at the top of his mast the day I met him, that were worn by the old wire to rope hallyards, probably a common problem! He has raced the boat for many years locally and is featured in Howth Yacht Club's book, 'Howth, a century of sailing' I think this could be the first production UFO 34, as 'UFO 1' was the Hustler 25 owned by Richard matthews and 'UFO ll ', is the prototype UFO 34 currently owned by Brian Rainey and berthed in Brighton and featured in one of last years 'Oyster News' magazines when Matthews raced her again.
